If we want the world to change for the better we need two things: 1) more women leaders to properly reflect society in business and leadership, and 2) allow men to actually appreciate and apply more female leadership characteristics in life and business, such as empathy, emotions, compassion and inclusion rather than old power games and old boys network and behaviours.
